The 35,000-square-foot facility was designed by Constant Technologies, a design firm that specializes in building operations centers, and located on an entire floor in a Category 5 hurricane-resistant building on Carnival's headquarters campus in Miami.

The video is b-roll from Carnival, which means it was intended to be sliced up and used within other videos with a voiceover, so there is little sound. It does give you a chance to look around Carnival's new FOC, however.
