Norwegian Cruise Line announced a major new product today that’s going to make some waves in the mass-market cruise industry. It’s an add-on package that makes your cruise more or less all-inclusive.

* Carnival Orders Third Royal Princess-class Ship for Princess Brand
Princess Cruises announced today they will have a third ship in the Royal Princess series to be delivered in 2017.
   Like its sisters, the ship will be built by Italian builder Fincantieri, and it will have an all-in cost of approximately 600 million euros.

* An Ominous Development
Cruise lines with calls scheduled at Russian ports are keeping a close eye on any signals they may get from Russia, because the passengers aboard a Silversea ship, which had all of its clearances in order, were denied permission to go ashore in Russia yesterday.
