Underground Railroad Derailed

Back in June, two Indonesian crew members went ashore from Carnival Fantasy in Mobile on a turnaround day, and as happens occasionally, they didn't return. At about the same time, the same thing happened with another crew member from Indonesia who worked aboard Carnival Ecstasy from Charleston.

Carnival reported each of them to the Customs and Border Protection folks when they did not return to their ships.
