Monday Morning with Limited Sunlight

As you know, the Discovery Chsnnel’s Discovery at Sea program operates aboard every Princess ship. The discovery next Monday is going to be that every 99 years, give or take, the sun slides behind the moon and it gets darker during the day.

Passengers on six Princess ships in Alaska next Monday are going to get a chance to experience a partial eclipse (approximately 54%) from the top deck of their ship while listening to commentary by the Discovery at Sea staff - and here’s the coolest part - while wearing their branded Science Channel/Discovery at Sea eclipse glasses.

Details appeared in the August 17 edition of Cruise News Daily.
