The Seats Aren’t Even Warm Yet

There’s more maneuvering on the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings board of directors. Genting Hong Kong’s two members, Blondel So King Tak and Kevin Jones, have resigned effective immediately. In the SEC filing they stipulated, “The resignations did not involve a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.”

The resignations and other changes, of course, are related to Genting's acquisition of Crystal Cruises, a major competitor of NCLH's top tier brands.

Details appear in the April 10 edition of Cruise News Daily.
