Out of Our Galley and into Theirs

It's not unusual to see a Princess chef come out of the galley and be in the elegant dining room of a huge Princess cruise ship, but on Labor Day, you can see them where you've never seen them before - coaching military teams of chefs at LA Fleet Week.

For the third year, one of the highlights of LA Fleet Week will be “Galley Wars,” in which four teams of chefs from seagoing military branches compete to see who can deliver the tastiest meal. The difference is that this year Princess Cruises is the presenting sponsor, and a Princess chef will be coaching each cooking team to help advise them on menu decisions and winning strategies.
