Galveston Partially Opens for Business

Everyone having anything to do with Galveston and the four cruise ships based there has their attention focused on this Friday and the coming weekend, when they all plan to turn around.

As the ships are all heading for Galveston at this time, the captain of the port issued some good news this afternoon when he partially opened the port, allowing ships with drafts of 33 feet or less to enter the port during daylight hours.
