HAL to Prove Many Chefs Don't Spoil the Broth

Most cruise lines have a top chef in charge of designing their menus and creating signature dishes. Holland America Line has had Master Chef Rudi Sodamin in that for several years.

Now he'll be taking on an expanded role as in a new initiative, the line's Culinary Council, which will enhance all aspects of their shipboard culinary operations.
